The improved design of the charcoal grill COBB Premier Air has adjustable air flaps in the lid. If you want to obtain an extremely high temperature - open the shutters, if you want to fry at a lower temperature and stew food - close the shutters. Dampers are also useful when smoking fish or meat.
The structure is designed so that the heat is directed to the cooking surfaces, and the sides and bottom of the grill always remain cool. You can bake on any surface. If desired - you can transfer it to another place without heating your hands and without using gloves.
There will never be tongues of flame: all grease and liquids from the universal plane run into the lower part (inner container) and not directly onto the coals.
The COBB Premier Air charcoal grill stands stable even on a wet surface: you can grill both on a boat and on a yacht. This is ensured by special rubber feet and stable construction.
The fuel bin is the place where the coal briquettes / COBB Cobblestone tablet are stored. If you place a small pot or teapot on it, soup or tea will be made.
The included universal plane with 180 holes is coated with safe, non-stick Teflon. In this way, it can perform the function of a deflector - dampening and distributing heat. When used as a deflector, cooking takes place on the grill (platform). Its cleaning is analogous to Teflon-coated pans.
Installation: at the bottom of the inner container, in the central part, sticks for tanning are placed. Above them, we remove the briquettes / COBB Cobblestone tablet in the herd. Lighted matches ignite the selected fuel. After briquettes / COBB Cobblestone burns (turns white, no longer emits smoke), the selected planes can be placed and the tooth covered. We recommend leaving the cooking surface for heating and only then placing the selected meat, fish or vegetables on the grill. If you choose briquettes, you can cook after ±15 minutes, Cobblestone - ±5 minutes.
