The COBB Supreme charcoal grill is sold with essential grill accessories. The set includes: universal grill plate (cooking surface - 34 x 48 cm), grill, lifting handle and bag.

The cooking surface of the universal baking plate is 34 x 48 cm.
Fuel: concentrated charcoal (coal briquettes) / special COBB Cobblestone coconut shell tablets for extremely fast and smokeless establishment.
Grill sides, inner pot, lid, grill, lifting handle: sturdy, premium food-grade stainless steel.
The COBB Supreme charcoal grill has a non-heating body surface - the grill can be carried even if it is very hot inside.
The body, made of stainless steel, is designed so that the heat of the fuel is directed to the interior of the grill, the surfaces inside the grill and the food being cooked. This leads to lower fuel consumption.
The inner container has a groove into which you can pour beer, wine, marinade. Vegetables prepared for frying are placed above the groove. In the center of the vessel is a combustion chamber.
The set includes a universal cooking surface. It is coated with non-waxing Teflon, easy to clean. The fat released from the meat runs into the groove in the inner container - the food is cooked with less fat. In addition, the fat does not stick to the heat source.
You can put a small pot or a teapot on the stove and heat up tea and make soup.
There is a lifting handle.
The COBB Supreme comes with a durable bag with long handles for easy portability.
The COBB Supreme charcoal grill does not emit smoke - you can cook on the balcony or terrace. Also, the grill stands stable even on wet surfaces, there is no open fire, the hood protects against unexpected water.

Installation: at the bottom of the inner container, in the central part, sticks for tanning are placed. Above them, we remove the briquettes / COBB Cobblestone tablet in the herd. Lighted matches ignite the selected fuel. After briquettes / COBB Cobblestone burns (turns white, no longer emits smoke), the selected planes can be placed and the lid covered. If you choose briquettes, you can cook after ±15 minutes, Cobblestone - ±5 minutes.

Cooking: The COBB grill can be used for both "dry" and "wet" cooking. Dry roasting is a common method of grilling. When baking wet, add water with spices or other liquids to the sides of the lower inner container, add your favorite herbs or cloves of garlic. Dishes cooked in this way will acquire a delicate taste, be juicy and soft. You can also bake potatoes in foil on the sides of the inner container and thus make maximum use of the grill volume.

Smoking: put wood chips, pieces directly on the heat source: briquettes or tablets. If you want to add chips less often or have a long but light wood smoke, wrap the chips in foil and poke holes. Place the foil on the charcoal briquettes.

End of cooking: remove the tray with the remaining hot briquettes/tablet using the universal lifting handle provided. After pulling them to the side, cover them: fill them with water or bury them with sand - the same way you would leave embers from a campfire in nature. You can immediately put the grill in your bag or take it in your hands and carry it home.

Cleaning. The charcoal grill COBB Supreme is easy to maintain: the fat released from the steaks runs into a special groove in the inner container.
