If you open your PC after half a year to maybe install new hardware, you usually wonder if in this half year all the dust of the universe has landed in its own housing.
And that's not all that far either way (ok, maybe), but if you think about what kind of capacity the fans are running, it quickly becomes clear that the PC could actually be labeled as a continuously running vacuum cleaner.
That's great because you do not have to dust so much in the room, but that's not good at all for the overall components and cooling performance of the case.
Once the fans have been completely covered with dust, they would have to be completely removed in order to be able to clean them properly. And who wants to constantly remove the fan from the processor and have all the fun with the thermal grease once every 2 weeks?
Remedy the easy-to-clean filter cartridges that mounted on case fans best not to let dust in the case.
As a nice bonus, the filter noise is slightly attenuated by the filter.
The filter grille must be attached to the fan using four screws that are not included.
