Choose from side discharge or mulching with the versatile STIGA Tornado 2108 HW. This ride-on mower is suitable for higher grass and for traditional lawn. Thanks to the side discharge deflector, grass that is too long to mulch is quickly and directly ejected from the right side of the tractor. The grass waste is distributed in neat strips on the lawn, after which it can digest. When mulching, the grass clippings continue to circulate in the cutting deck thanks to the mulching plug. The fine particles are then dispersed in the lawn thanks to the powerful airflow. There they digest quickly and provide valuable, natural fertilizers without additional effort or expense. The STIGA Tornado 2108 XWSY garden tractor has a newly developed 586 cc STIGA four-stroke engine. It is air-cooled and thanks to the V-Twin two-cylinder setup, it offers more torque with less vibration. In addition, the new design ensures a lower working temperature and, consequently, a longer service life between maintenance intervals. The cutting deck has an efficient width of 108 cm and is equipped with two blades. No more time wasted emptying a collection bin. Because with the Tornado 2108 XWSY you can mow larger areas quickly and efficiently. Thanks to the connection for the garden hose, you can effortlessly rinse grass residues from the cutting deck and blades. The durable and energy-efficient headlamps provide excellent visibility of the work area at any time of the day. You no longer need to shift gears manually, as the driving speed of the Tornado 2108 HW is adjustable both forward and backward with a pedal. This makes the machine more manoeuvrable and allows you to mow safely and precisely around and between obstacles. With careful attention to driving comfort, this Tornado results in a raised steering wheel with soft-grip, a classic STIGA suspension seat and a practical cup holder. The large 20 ″ rear wheels provide more grip. This model is equipped with a tow bar, so you can use towed accessories available for STIGA garden tractors.
