Kross Level B2
Описание товара на английском языке:
The Level B bikes have been developed and constantly improved by a specially selected R&D Kross department. The B+ model is used in the most demanding competitions by the kross racing team and is an often guest on the highest step of the podiums. These bikes are designed by winners for winning!
Aluminium Lite
Improved version of the aluminium 6061 alloy is a perfect compromise between high stiffness and low mass. It is very resistant to external conditions, breakages and impacts. Thanks to the butting of all the frame tubes, we were able to retain toughness of the construction, while at the same time, reduce construction mass.
Disc Brakes
Guarantee large brake force and good modulation of it even in the most severe weather conditions, they also last for much longer than traditional brakes.
Hydro-F Tube
Method used to shape tubes by pressurized liquid injection. This technology primarily creates a lighter structure characterized by higher durability and precise finishing.
Powder Coated
Painting by placing electrified powder paint molecules onto aluminum, which requires heat treatment. After sintering the varnish surface creates a perfectly smooth coat which is very resistant to mechanical damage.
RHS System
We created a system of exchangeable dropouts in order to protect our frames as much as possible. In case of damage they can be easily and quickly exchanged. Screws or a special nut are used for the dropout in order to minimize frame damage.
Post Mount
The post mount system is a crucial solution for a racing bicycle. Braking precision is increased due to the elimination of unnecessary adapters, which influences the stiffness of the connection between the frame and the clamp. Better heat rejection prolongs the life of brakes and improves their efficiency.
Smooth Welding
Precise technique to even out the welding which raises the aesthetic qualities of the structure without having a negative effect on durability.
