Гантеля Hammer Compact, 2 x 5 кг

Get that real studio feeling in your own home!
Train like the pros! Experience the studio atmosphere in your own home with HAMMER short dumbbells made of non-slip, durable polyurethane (PU). Laboriously changing plates becomes a thing of the past. With the set weight specifications for each dumbbell, all you need to do is pick them up and training can begin!

Additional benefits of the PU covering
In addition to improving grip and durability, there is another essential benefit to the PU covering: the dumbbell is much quieter when it lands on the floor than conventional iron weights, and the material is springier, which protects the floor against scratches and damage.

Exercises work better with compact dumbbells
Exercises such as dumbbell bench presses are much more effective with compact dumbbells, in comparison with short dumbbells with an attachable weight. Large plates interfere with optimal execution and a secure grip when training with heavier weights. Even the heavyweight PU short dumbbells from HAMMER are still small enough to guarantee the optimum sequence of movements for every free exercise.
