Knurled grip - The most secure grip is what determines your safety during exercise. The gripping part of the bar is carefully knurled to ensure a secure and comfortable grip. Now you don't have to worry that a heavy bar will slip out of your hand during the next repetition.

Free spring collars - The bar comes with two spring collars, designed for 50mm bars. You can start training right after receiving the bar!
