HMS SGK15 multi-functional weight kit. Dumbbell with replaceable weights is a classic and, at the same time, a must have for every home gym. Thanks to the ability to adjust the load it enables you to train many muscle groups while not taking up much space. Dumbbells, however, are not able to completely replace the barbell. SGK reflects an innovative approach to the home gym equipment, providing you with both dumbbells with variable load and a barbell in one kit. The weight plates in the SGK are octagon-shaped. They don't roll on the floor and you can use two dumbbells as push-up supports. High-quality material - a combination of composite and plastic. Weights are made of the highest quality composite whose consistent structure, hardness and elasticity assure their robustness. Covering the composite with a strong plastic additionally provides durability and resistance to damage. All handles are knurled to ensure a firm grip. Bar connector has a special sponge. It directly enhances comfort during workouts with the barbell.

Dumbbells
Due to the dumbbells one can do workouts involving very different muscle groups. Their advantage is the element of instability. In addition, the dumbbells force both hands to work equally, thereby reducing the disproportion between the sides of the body. While performing the exercise we put to work many stabilizing muscles, thus making the workout more effective. They have a threaded sleeve for the load, with a diameter perfectly matching the diameter of the hole of the plates. Therefore, changing the load is very easy. Star-shape collars are responsible for the stable position of the plates on the bars. They are easy to screw onto the bars.

Barbell
The barbell is also universal equipment in terms of number of possible exercises and addressed muscle groups. The barbell, because of its structure, is more stable than dumbbells, so in this case we can use more load. It will also be a good solution at the beginning of the adventure with strength training, when muscle awareness is weaker than at later stages. The barbell in this set comprises a special combination of two short bars. A dumbbell sleeve is screwed into a joint. The central element is equipped with an ergonomic sponge, which prevents discomfort while doing, for example, a squat with a barbell.

Push-up balances
Thanks to the octagonal plates the dumbbells can also be used as push-up supports. The balances bring the opportunity to perform a stronger arm bending during the exercise, enabling a body to cross the line of hands during the movement, which makes the chest muscles stretch more. The result is that a muscle grows much better.
