Dumbbells with interchangeable weights are a classic and at the same time a must-have item in every home gym. Thanks to the possibility of adjusting the weight of the load, it allows you to train many muscle groups, while not taking up a lot of space. However, dumbbells cannot completely replace the barbell. SGK is an innovative approach to home gym equipment, which allows you to receive both dumbbells of variable weight and a barbell in one set. SGK weight plates are octagonal in shape, thanks to which they do not roll on the floor, and two dumbbells can be used as supports for push-ups.

High-class material - a combination of composite and plastic
The plates are made of the highest quality composite material, whose coordinated structure, hardness and flexibility guarantee reliability. The composite body with strong plastic provides additional strength and resistance to damage. All handles are knurled for a secure grip. The bar connector has a special sponge that directly affects the comfort of barbell exercises.

Dumbbells
We will perform exercises involving different muscle groups with dumbbells. Their advantage is an element of instability. In addition, dumbbells force both arms to work equally, thus reducing disproportions between the sides of the body. When performing an exercise, we engage many stabilizing muscles, thus making the workout more effective. They have a threaded load sleeve with a diameter that perfectly matches the diameter of the hole in the weight plates, so changing the load is very easy. The star clamps are responsible for the stable position of the plates on the fretboards, which are easily screwed onto the fretboard.

Rods
The barbell is also universal equipment in terms of the number of possible exercises and the involvement of muscle groups. Due to its construction, the barbell is more stable than the dumbbells, so in this case we can use more weight. It will also be a good solution at the beginning of the adventure with strength training, when muscle awareness is weaker than in the later stages. The rod of this kit is made by specially connecting two short rods. The dumbbell sleeve screws into the joint. The middle element is equipped with an ergonomic sponge, which eliminates the feeling of discomfort when performing, for example, squatting with a barbell.

Pump supports
Thanks to the use of octagonal plates, dumbbells can also be used as push-up supports. The supports allow you to bend your arms more strongly during the exercise, thanks to which the body will extend outside the lines of the arms during the movement, allowing the chest muscles to stretch more. The result is that the muscles develop to a greater extent.
