Fascial Fitness Ball - Set of 3

The Fascial Fitness Ball in a set of 3 - made in Germany - the ideal complement to the larger fascia balls from TOGU.

With different diameters and shapes, the massage balls can be used everywhere and are ideal for selective application for hands, feet and other parts of the body.

The special Perineum Egg Ball has been adapted to the anatomy of the pelvic floor and is used for self-treatment in fascia training. Especially in the perineum (in women and men), the perineum, the fibers from all pelvic floor layers bundle together and interweave to form a strong, collagenous central tendon.

The Fascial Fitness Ball XS - made in Germany - the ideal complement to larger TOGU fascial balls. With a diameter of ca. 4 cm, the massage ball can be used everywhere and is ideal for point-to-point application for hands, feet and other body parts.

• Receptors of the fascia layer of the sole of the foot are stimulated and the sensitivity, erection and balance are improved.
