Users manual:
1. First, prepare a suitable workplace (preferably with a durable work surface). Place the digging block on top of the old newspaper. Also prepare a sponge, a tool, a bowl of water and a small ruler.
2. Be like a professional paleontologist studying prehistoric times. Divide discovery locations into search squares. Use a chisel and ruler to pull the mesh to the surface.
3. Now start digging in the selected search box. First, soak the sponge in water. Then place it on the square and squeeze carefully.
(The plaster in the excavation block becomes very soft due to water)
For slightly more difficult areas, you can use a hammer and chisel to carefully dig deeper. (Carefully dig around the find. You may need to re-moisten the plaster layers with a sponge.)
5. Now follow step by step what you did in the first search area until you have uncovered all the fossils bit by bit.
6. After digging out all the fossils, rinse them under running tap water to remove any remaining plaster. It's best to plug the sink when you do this so you don't lose the small details. Finally, dry the findings with a kitchen towel.
Each package contains the manufacturer's original instructions with illustrations.
