Santoku Knife and Vegetable Peeling Knife - The 2-piece knife set from the Now S series from ZWILLING is the perfect pair of knives for the kitchen. The Japanese shape of the Santoku knife blade is suitable for cutting meat, fish and vegetables, and the blade is 18 cm long. The smaller 10 cm peeling knife can also be used for cutting, for example, citrus. The design of the knives corresponds to the modern color concept of the series and was created by the Milan designer duo Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez. Ergonomic plastic handles ensure comfort even during longer work. Both the Santoku knives and the peeling knives are manufactured in Solingen, and the special stainless steel ensures that both kitchen knives are corrosion resistant and durable.
