We would like to present a set combining OPX03 ankle bands and resistance bands. This combination gives you many exercise options. Wearing ankle bands and connecting them with elastic bands allows you to perform many exercises involving leg muscles. Changing rubber bands between exercises will not cause any problems, thanks to the carabiners attached to the set. The main use is to develop the muscles of the buttocks and the entire group of thigh muscles. Abdominal exercises are also possible. The set can be used as an independent training equipment and perform, using it, a full training of the lower muscle groups. In addition, the use of this set with other equipment will make the performed exercises enter a higher level of difficulty.
