Calculate the height
At what height should the wall bracket be mounted? Look at the height of the tallest person who will use the punching bag and add ten centimeters to that. The top of the bag should therefore extend ten centimeters above the head. Add thirty centimeters to that (the length of the chain), and fix the bracket to the wall at the height of the outcome.
The wall bracket is best mounted on stone or concrete. Do not hang the bracket outside, the weather can affect the quality of the material and mounting over time.
