ASUS Rog Strix Scar 17

ROG Strix SCAR 17 gives you even more power in every game. With a 12th Gen Intel® Core ™ processor and NVIDIA® GeForce RTX ™ 30 series graphics card, you can beat any competitor. DDR5 memory with PCIe 4.0 SSD will give you faster speeds than ever before. The power you expect from your computer is available immediately and in an amount that is more than enough, whether you're rendering 3D or color grading 4K movies.

Improved cooling system

The use of liquid metal Conductonaut Extreme from Thermal Grizzly keeps the temperature of components up to 15 ° C lower than when using standard thermal pastes. The steam chamber and four vents dissipate heat efficiently and keep noise emissions low (under 40dB in Performance mode).

Press to attack

Strix SCAR 's keys have an estimated 20 million keystroke life, and each key's separate RGB lighting provides endless customization with Aura Sync software.

Change and create

The set includes three Armory Caps for the housing. You can exchange them and create your own thanks to the available templates and 3D printing. The translucent wrist rest allows you to look at internal components, while rubber feet eliminate vibrations. Choose your style with the available attachments and templates for 3D printing.

Crystal clear picture

ROG Strix SCAR 17 impresses with ultra-fast sensor refresh (FHD 360 Hz or QHD 240 Hz sensor) and fast response time (only 3 ms), so you can make quick decisions even during the most dynamic skirmishes. Each IPS matrix also offers fantastic colors, Dolby Vision HDR support and Adaptive-Sync.

Studio-quality sound

Two tweeters and two woofers are powered by Dolby Atmos technology and provide a realistic soundstage in games. Bi-directional AI noise reduction processes sound both in and out, filtering out background noise.

Stay connected at all times

In modern multiplayer games, a stable connection to the Internet is important. The SCAR laptop is ready for action, thanks to an RJ45 port that supports 2.5G LAN connections, as well as the latest Wi-Fi 6E standard.

Endless possibilities

Armory Crate is an application that lets you connect, configure, and control multiple ROG gaming products in one place. With Armory Crate, you can easily personalize the lighting and RGB effects of each compatible device in your gaming arsenal via a single interface and sync them with Aura Sync to create a consistent lighting effect across your entire system.

Break the code and play with ROG

In addition to cutting-edge components, the 2022 ROG Strix SCAR 17 has an additional secret: an inscription made with specially formulated, invisible ink with a metallic texture. This modern ink was created from scratch in our laboratory. He successfully passed all the tests we carried out in terms of wear and durability. The cipher located on the laptop lid can be discovered with the included UV flashlight, revealing the hidden message in cybernetic font.

Battle station ready for action

Thanks to the HDMI 2.1 port, you can easily connect the latest TV sets and monitors to your laptop and get a bandwidth of up to 48 Gb / s and a picture in 4K 120 Hz and 8K 60 Hz. Two USB Type-C ports provide additional options - one is DisplayPort compatible and the other is Thunderbolt 4 compatible. It comes with a 90Wh battery and can be recharged from zero to 50% in just 30 minutes - using the included 330 AC adapter W. USB Type-C will come to the rescue, which supports charging with a power of up to 100 W.
