Slim. Stunning. Supreme. ZenBook S is all these, yet so much more. Its elegant sophistication will touch your heart and enhance your prestige, wherever you use it. Its effortless portability, powerful performance and no-compromise connectivity let you get things done without fuss, without drama. And its stunningly innovative design — incorporating our unique ErgoLift hinge — not only sets you apart from the crowd, but lets you work in supreme comfort too. ZenBook S: it’s the laptop you deserve.
Seriously portable
As a seasoned traveler, you’ll appreciate the way ZenBook S slips effortlessly into your bag, with its svelte profile taking up the bare minimum of space and adding hardly any weight. Less bothersome bulk, more room for the really important stuff.
Designed for ultimate comfort
With any ZenBook, your comfort is one of our top priorities, ZenBook S goes the extra mile with its exclusive ErgoLift hinge, an engineering masterpiece designed to automatically tilt the keyboard to the most comfortable typing position. But that’s not all: the carefully calculated tilt improves cooling and audio performance, too.
The art of perfection
Elegance, sophistication and precision craftsmanship are the hallmarks of every ZenBook. The prestigious Deep Dive Blue and Rose Gold color scheme we chose for ZenBook S is luxuriously stylish without being brash, and for a discreetly indulgent finishing touch, we’ve added a gold keyboard backlight and lid logo. ZenBook S doesn’t just steal the show — it owns it.
No fuss, no drama
ZenBook S is built to get things done as quickly and efficiently as possible, with no fuss or drama. The latest Intel® Core™ processors mean you’ll enjoy smooth and responsive performance whatever you’re doing, and the state-of-the-art components are all specially selected to ensure you’ll spend less time waiting and more time enjoying.
A vision of beauty
A laptop as beautiful as ZenBook S deserves equally beautiful visuals, so we’ve fitted it with an ultra-high-definition NanoEdge display with lifelike colors and detail that will take your breath away. We’ve also reduced the bezel width even further, to give you an even more immersive view while keeping ZenBook S amazingly compact. Ultraportable computing has never looked so good.
Work longer, charge faster
ZenBook S uses a high-capacity battery that won’t let you down, however long and demanding your working day is. And its fast-charge technology lets you recharge ZenBook S up to 60% capacity in as little as 49 minutes5, so you can be up and running quicker than ever.
Evolved cooling
For maximum performance, heat needs to be removed as quickly as possible. ZenBook S uses an uprated cooling system incorporating state-of-the-art components, such as a liquid-crystal-polymer fan impeller that’s just 0.3mm thick and a copper-alloy heat pipe with 0.1mm-thin walls. An all-new fan housing design with improved airflow gently expels warm air from the interior via hidden vents in the hinge, for efficient, serenely quiet cooling even under full load.
Connect fast, connect anywhere
When you’re on the go, no-compromise connectivity is essential. ZenBook S delivers the ultimate speed of Thunderbolt™ 3 in two of its three USB-C™ ports, and all three ports support fast charging, data transfers and display connectivity. And for desktop-grade connectivity, simply connect the handy ASUS Mini Dock.9
Immersive Harmon Kardon audio
To give ZenBook S unsurpassed audio capabilities, the ASUS Golden Ear team cooperated with audio specialists Harman Kardon to produce the next generation of ASUS SonicMaster Premium audio technology. The results are astonishing. ZenBook S has two high-quality stereo speakers and surround-sound effects that envelop you with cinema-quality audio. A special smart amplifier ensures maximum volume with minimum distortion for powerful, clear sound. Once you’ve tried it, we think you’ll agree that ZenBook S delivers the most incredible sound you’ve ever heard on an ultraportable laptop.
One-touch access with Windows Hello
Accessing your ZenBook S couldn’t be easier or more secure, thanks to Windows Hello technology and the fingerprint sensor built into the touchpad. Now there’s no need to type in your password every time to log in — a single touch is all it takes!
More comfortable, by design
All too often, laptop keyboards seem to be an afterthought. But not on ZenBook S: its ergonomic keyboard is designed from the start with comfort in mind. It has widely spaced, long-travel keys that feel more like a desktop, and the tops of the keys are gently dished to aid accurate typing. The gentle gold backlight lets you work in any lighting conditions, while remaining easy on the eyes.
Ultratough: military-grade durability
ZenBook S meets the ultra-demanding MIL-STD 810G military standard for reliability and durability, undergoing a punishing test regime that includes extended tests for operation in harsh environments including extreme altitudes, temperatures and humidity. It has also passed ASUS internal laptop tests that far exceed the standards set by the industry.
