The DD11 is a rod that does not require assembly, it is ready to use immediately. It works on the principle of leverage. Simply unlock the hooks and lock it between frame and frame. Foam handles guarantee grip comfort and protect against corns. Guards on the bar prevent damage to the door frame. Curved handles at the ends of the bar support the natural movement by drawing the elbows to the body during the pull-up. Pull-ups are a tough but very body-building exercise. During the movement, we involve the forearm muscles, biceps, abdominal muscles and, of course, the entire back muscle group, including the broadest back, as a stabilizer.

The rubbers are made of strong, flexible latex, which will give them a long life and make them provide even resistance during every workout.

Regular training with rubber bands allows you to effectively strengthen each muscle group and increase the flexibility of the joints, in addition, it will help burn unnecessary fat while improving endurance.
