DD13 is a sturdy pull-up bar by HMS Its advantage is the ability to hang a boxing bag on it.
The bar is a must-have at your home gym because it can be used in many ways and for many exercises. However, mainly it is used for pull-ups. This is an exercise engaging the latissimus dorsi muscle very much and consequently, it seriously develops it. The back's widest muscle is large and it covers practically the entire back, which is why strengthening and developing is so important. During the pull-ups the biceps are also engaged to a considerable extent.
On the handles of the bar a sponge is applied to prevent slipping of the hands. It results in a firm grip which is very important when pulling up. This directly affects the safety and comfort of use.
An undoubted advantage of the DD13 is the ability to hang a boxing bag. The bar has a specially designed holder for this. Training with a boxing bag is a great variety irrespective of sport you do, and it is also an ideal form of cardio exercise.
DD13 HMS is a stable and strong product. A special crossbar, which is also bolted to the wall, enhances the safety. 6 mounting holes with a diameter of 11 mm enable solid and safe installation of the product to a wall.
