DURABLE - the bar is made of 1.5 mm thick steel and can withstand up to 100 kg of load, making it universal in use and also suitable for exercising people with higher weight or for exercises with additional weights or exercises in pairs.

COMFORTABLE HANDLES - neoprene handles provide a stable and safe grip. The hands do not slide on the handles (even if they are sweaty), so you can focus on the precision of the exercises, not on the stick.

UNIVERSAL APPLICATION - suitable for many different exercises - it will be perfect for traditional pull-ups using various techniques, pull-ups in pairs or pull-ups with additional load. It can also be mounted low and used, for example, for crunches.

EASY ASSEMBLY - the bar is very easy to assemble and disassemble. The mount is stable and secure. It is mounted on the frame by means of rubber endings located on both sides of the bar. After disassembling, the bar does not leave the slightest traces on the frame. For more secure installation, you can also use the screws included in the kit.
