A set of four Zipro resistance bands for universal use, for exercises increasing muscle endurance and strength, for stretching and rehabilitation exercises after injuries. Perfect for individual exercise in the apartment, thanks to the practical transport bag, you can take them with you to fitness clubs and gyms, and even train outdoors. The bands differ in thickness, so they allow you to perform a variety of exercises with a varying range of resistance.

When stretched, the Zipro training band generates resistance progressively - this means that the more it is stretched, the more resistance it generates. The ability to choose from tapes of different thicknesses allows you to adjust the level of difficulty to the level of advancement, as well as to the current stage of the training session. Exercising with bands is not complicated, so it will be quickly mastered by people who are just starting regular strength and fitness training.

The Zipro training bands are made of high-quality latex. They permanently retain their specific flexibility, length, shape and range of resistance generated during exercise. Thanks to the appropriately selected colors, the use of the tapes during training is easy and you can quickly reach for the one that is needed at a given moment. Convenient storage in cleanliness and protection against mechanical damage during transport is ensured by a practical cover, included in the set.
