The lining uses a new technology Hot Press Seamless Cover, which allows the use of PVC material on the lining without a seam. It is stronger than plastic materials. It is also used on the toe of the shoe, which can be significantly lower because it does not need to be sewn and visually relieves the entire boot. The liner also has anatomical parts around the ankles and Achilles tendons. In addition, the anatomical insole makes the skates really comfortable.
The chassis is made using CNC technology. The chassis is attached to the skeleton with central screws that allow the chassis to be rotated from the axle - for ideal adjustment to the skating style and the different anatomical structure of the user's feet (all legs) at the front and rear. The chassis is really light but durable. The axles are always screwed on the right side of both skates, which ensures safety - it is not possible that they will be unscrewed during skating.
The skates have a TEMPISH universal brake "S". The brake is located in a box with 4 screws. The brakes are actually very easy to install, without the need to dismantle the axles and wheels. The material of the brake holder is fiberglass-reinforced nylon - really hard and durable. The brake pads are height adjustable and are manufactured by TPR. Skates EZZA 90 are equipped with wheels from the series RADICAL - PU casting (PUC), Super Hi-Rebound (SHR) are high quality wheels with very low rolling resistance and long service life. Low wear on various surfaces and excellent damping of uneven surfaces ensure comfortable driving. The wheels are rotated on high-quality, precise ABEC 9 CHROME high-precision bearings with rubber washers. Lacing with classic lace. Above the foot is a reinforcing tape with a micro buckle.
