Aluminum:
It is classified as a light metal . Its density is approximately 2.7 g/cm3, which makes it almost three times lighter than steel. Aluminum alloys, thanks to appropriate heat treatment, show an even several-fold increase in mechanical parameters .
- It is ideal as a raw material for outdoor furniture.
- Its advantages are durability and corrosion resistance.
- Powder-coated aluminum is resistant to changing weather conditions and abrasion. (The powder coating is applied to the aluminum structure using electrostatic spraying. To obtain maximum solidity and resistance of the powder coating, the material is heated at a temperature between 160°C and 210°C.) At low temperatures, aluminum becomes even more durable. Water does not cause rust on it. It does not require maintenance or constant care. These are light structures, so they do not require much strength when moving them to another place in the garden. Despite their lightness, they are stable and durable.
- They will last for many years when used both indoors and outdoors.
Polyester :
It's a synthetic fiber. Its technical properties make it a material of modern generation and technology that sets new standards in terms of flexibility and resistance. Its use allows you to obtain properties sought by garden users:
- High tensile strength – both dry and wet
- High elasticity - does not crease
- It dries quickly - because it does not absorb water
- Resistant to sunlight
- It is not attacked by moths, fungi or bacteria
- Does not cause allergies
- There is no noticeable loss of mechanical parameters
- It is a light and very resistant material
