From now on, watching your favorite sports is pure pleasure. The X90L model is characterized by high brightness, detailed scenes, and smooth movement will ensure you won't miss any part of the sports competition. Our revolutionary XR processor with cognitive intelligence will ensure excellent image and sound quality.
Cognitive Processor XR understands how we see and hear - just like in real life. It can recognize the moment when you are focused on the player with the ball, and the sound should come from all sides - just like it does, for example, in a stadium. Thanks to this, the scenes reproduced by the X90L are extremely realistic.
Full Array LED will ensure appropriate brightness and contrast while viewing. For sports fans, watching it will be pure pleasure!
Full Array LED focuses a large number of LEDs on the entire screen. They operate in zones, and each zone is precisely controlled in real time. Combined with XR Contrast Booster 10 technology, it provides greater brightness in bright areas and deeper blacks in darker areas. From now on, you won't miss any details that were previously hidden in the shadows or in very bright parts of scenes.
Dynamic, blur-free sports scenes filled with motion in the X90L. They are also characterized by fluidity and clarity. Slight image jerking may only be visible to the human eye when the frames are misaligned or when the brightness drops. Our XR Motion Clarity technology keeps images smooth and bright. It uses intelligent motion processing for fast-moving objects throughout the frame. This means you will see motion without blur. You can feel as if you were at the scene!
With the X90L you get not only a realistic image, but also realistic sound! Our Acoustic Multi Audio technology elevates the acoustic scene that appears to come from where the action is happening. It's natural that sound matched to what's happening on the screen is much more immersive.
Two X-Balanced speakers and two tweeters* position the sound to precisely match the image. This means that you will faithfully hear the racing car moving on the horizon, the crowd of fans cheering, and this way you will feel closer to the atmosphere in the stadium.
*Sound output power: 10W + 10W +10W + 10W.
Elevate your entertainment with Acoustic Center Sync. This function synchronizes the audio system with the center channel of a compatible Sony soundbar. Thanks to this, it becomes the center speaker of the set. This enhances the positioning of sound sources within each scene, and comments are always heard clear and distinct.
With this feature you will have better control over your sound. TV and soundbar settings are always at hand.
The slim, black aluminum frame will harmonize with any interior.*
A fixed, minimalist base will ensure the stability of the TV.
Model 98X90L can also be wall mounted.**
*Model 98X90L has an additional handle on the side of the housing (visible in the photo).
**TV mount sold separately. VESA standard 600 mm x 400 mm. The set includes a 2 m power cord.
The X90L is the perfect TV for PlayStation 5. It can recognize when the console is turned on and switch to automatic low latency mode in HDMI 2.1, so you can enjoy a more responsive and much smoother gameplay.
Thanks to our Auto HDR Tone Mapping technology, you'll be able to see the most important details in high-contrast scenes - in both the darkest and brightest parts of the screen.
High Dynamic Range (HDR) settings will be optimized when you initially set up your console
This is one of the better choices when it comes to a gaming TV!

Enjoy a smoother gaming experience! Thanks to 120 frames per second (4K/120 fps), we gain high performance, and to avoid delays or screen tearing, a variable refresh rate (VRR) is used in HDMI 2.1. This means that the TV dynamically adjusts the screen refresh rate to match the variable frame rate of the gaming device.
The new dedicated Game Menu is available at the touch of a button on the remote control! All the settings you need to optimize your gameplay are gathered in one place.
