Merino wool is also very thin - its fibers are only 18 microns - more than four times smaller than the average thickness of a human hair! The thinner and denser the fleece of sheep's wool is, the better its thermal insulation properties. Thanks to the high elasticity of wool, the underwear does not crease and does not stuff out.
