The Q200 spin bike use a resistance system with magnets that can be adjusted through the red knob that we find in the central part of the chassis, while pedaling is transmitted through a very resistant belt. Then we find a saddle with an opening in the lower part that can be adjusted on the horizontal plane as well as vertical, small wheels for a simplified transport and pedals covered in rubber with straps to never lose grip.
