Smart scales measure more than just weight. Using bioimpedance and a special algorithm, they determine a large set of parameters: body fat, muscles, internal fat index, body mass index, protein percentage, metabolic rate and many others. This information will help you keep fit, make diets and workouts more effective. You will immediately see the result of your labors!

We follow the progress
Picooc Mini Lite connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth. All changes are automatically saved in the Picooc app . The data is available in the form of history, visual graphs and detailed statistics. You can read more about each of the parameters, and thanks to color hints, you will immediately see which of your indicators are in a healthy range.

Set a goal in the app - gain weight, lose weight or stay in shape - and get useful tips to achieve it. Each measurement is accompanied by advice from the Smart Assistant: what to look for and how you can improve your shape.

Start in 5 minutes
Before connecting the scale, create a new Picooc account or log in to an existing one. When creating a profile, enter your age, gender, height and ethnicity - this information will help the algorithm calculate your parameters when weighing.

To connect the Picooc Mini Lite, follow the instructions in the app. The whole procedure will take no more than 5 minutes. The gadget runs on 3 AAA batteries (included) - and is ready for use immediately after unpacking.

Trends
Maintain a healthy shape. The app analyzes your results and draws conclusions not only about the changes in your weight, but also about the sources of these changes. At the end of the month, a detailed report with basic information is generated.

All of the info you need
On the main screen of the Picooc app and you can see all the basic information you need: the graph of changes and the weighing history. Look furter in the app and you can see more detailed measurements, tips and explanations.

Unlimited users
Weigh yourself in with the whole family! In the app, you can add the required number of users. In the future, additional profiles can be made independent on individual smartphones.

Sports beta
For professional athletes, a special version has been developed that takes into account the structural features of the trained body (high proportion of muscle mass and low fat content). This option is separately enabled in the Picooc app.
