Efficient Windforce cooling
In order to guarantee the best performance in removing accumulated heat, GIGABYTE has opted for the best method - the famous Windforce cooling. What catches the eye are three fans, each with a diameter of 108 mm, whose blades have been appropriately designed to increase their efficiency in moving air masses. What's more, each subsequent fan rotates in a different direction in relation to the next one. This solution reduces turbulence and increases air pressure by minimizing any air disturbance between the streams from the individual fans. The cooling system also consists of nine copper heat pipes, a vapor chamber that comes into contact with the GPU, semi-passive 3D Active technology and Screen Cooling - all of which add up to the final effect, which is the right temperature in all conditions.
Special heatsink fin design
GIGABYTE has made every effort to increase the efficiency of the cooling system. The special design of the heatsink fins is of great importance in this case. Their ends are properly curved, while every second rib is shorter. This is a special treatment that allows you to tunnel the flow of air masses between the ribs, while increasing the contact surface. This improves heat transfer and increases the overall efficiency of the entire system.
Screen Cooling, i.e. better air flow through the system
In order to increase the space for airflow, the GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX 4070 MASTER 12G has been designed accordingly. A manifestation of this is the design of the heat sink, which by its construction extends beyond the outline of the printed circuit board. This allows you to increase the ventilation of the heatsink itself, because the PCB does not cover its part, allowing air to flow from two sides (top and bottom). Screen Cooling allows you to improve heat dissipation efficiency and has a real impact on keeping generated temperatures under control.
Illuminated fans
Style and beautiful appearance is something that matters. This graphics card is equipped with backlit fans whose effects and colors can be freely modified in the GIGABYTE Control Center application. The application also allows you to synchronize effects with other devices, so that your equipment displays uniform colors and effects.
Metal blackplate
The backplate of the device was made of metal - appropriate profiling allowed to achieve a shape and appearance that is memorable.
