The Warmset BLACK underfloor heating grid features a new infrared technology. This heating system is easy to install under tiles. It is usually laid in layers of glue or screed. Depending on the size of the room, heating can be done with one or more rolls of WARMSET Black mesh.
Features:
• Power: 150 W/m2. According to a separate order, it is possible to order from 30 to 300 W/m2;
• Insulation resistance up to 80 °C;
• Warranty: 10 years. The warranty applies after filling out the technical passport in the product manual;
• Complies with the electrical installation directive (BS7671:2008) standard EN60335-2-96;
• Due to the convenient structure, the grid can be installed quickly and easily;
• Extremely thin (only 3 mm);
• Ideal for installation in smoothing or adhesive layers;
• Suitable for wet installation under tiles, stone, ceramic or glued wood floors;

The Warmset floor heating system consists of a 17 mm wide strip placed on a fiberglass mesh with a standard width of 500 mm. The wires inside the tape are mainly made of aluminum and other metal alloys covered with a polypropylene film. The mesh has an average thickness of 3-4mm with a maximum 6mm front-to-back joint. The length and power of the mesh roll can be varied: 1 - 40 m long and from 30 to 300 W/m2. As standard, you can purchase a 150 W/m2 grid.
The gap between the heating strips varies from 25 to 70 mm (depending on the W/m2 power). The standard length of the electric cable is 5 m.
Thanks to its two-wire structure, the Warmset BLACK mesh does not emit electromagnetic radiation.
The packaging of these underfloor heating mats is made from at least 40% recycled materials and is environmentally friendly!
