Equipped with self-propulsion and blending a roomy 60-litre grass-collector with a substantial 51cm working-width, the Alpina AL6 51 VAQE will enable you to cover a larger lawn quickly and with little effort expended.
Powering the rear wheels and blade is a high-performance 166cc Alpina ST170 LS electric-start engine that develops a sizeable 2.6kW @ 2900rpm; and which, thanks to its OHV design, will prove clean-burning, quiet in operation and inexpensive to run.
Based around a robust steel deck and running on free-rolling ball-bearing wheels, the Alpina AL6 51 VAQE is certain to impress when it comes to durability and build-quality.
A washing link makes the process of removing clumped, corrosive clippings from the underside of the deck quick and easy; while a speed variator means you’ll be able to work at a pace which firstly you find most comfortable; and secondly is most effective for the terrain-type and grass length.
The AL6 51 VAQE is hard to beat in terms of versatility, with its four cutting-options - collection; mulching; rear-discharge; side-discharge - enabling you to tackle short grass, long grass and everything in between.
Further key features include an adjustable soft-grip handlebar that ensures comfortable operation for any user; a handy ‘bag full’ warning indicator that lets you know when it’s time for an emptying-stop.
