Even distribution of heat without hotspots
The stainless steel frying pan is a Tri-ply pan, which means the pan is made up of three layers of metal. The outer layer is made of 18/0 stainless steel and the inner layer is made of high-quality 18/8 stainless steel. The bottom is special: a layer of aluminium is trapped between two layers of high-quality stainless steel. As a result, your ingredients heat up evenly. This layer runs all the way to the edge of the pan. So even if you wanted to fry your meat on a rocking ship, you will have an evenly cooked piece of meat on the table in no time. The outer layer is made of stainless steel, making the pan very strong and suitable for induction.

Avoid thermal shock, this will prevent the pan from warping. So don’t put a cold pan on the highest heat and don’t hold a hot pan under the cold tap. Actually quite simple!

Holds heat well
This frying pan can withstand high temperatures and is therefore great for frying and roasting vegetables, fish, meat, potatoes, pancakes or wraps and preparing a delicious paella or sandwich. You can use this pan on any heat source, and you can also put it in the oven with confidence. And thanks to the extra thick bottom (2.5 millimetres), it will not warp on induction, provided you build up the heat supply a little gradually, of course.
