Essentially, the D7NU1 from Impactics is a miniature heatsink designed for passive cooling . Impactics consequently follows its KISSS principle: Keep it Simple, Silent, Smart. In order to accommodate the groundbreaking miniaturized complete systems NUC (Next Unit of Computing) from Intel in an optically adequate dwelling and also to go technically on the whole Impactics offers the mini cases in two colors.

The KISSS Case D7NU1 by Impactics So small, can this really be a computer? That's probably the first question one faces with Intel's Next Unit of Computing (NUC). And the answer is: yes, even with already integrated, powerful CPU. After all, it's one thing to power your display with high-performance components. On the other hand, it is completely different to realize the whole in a tiny miniature system and yet not to sacrifice power. The form factor of the NUC standard of 10.16 x 10.16 x 5.08 cm candefinitely be described as outstandingly small. Just 25 mm space between the mainboard and caseback.

The D7NU1 compatible with mainboards of the NUC series Dawson Canyon from Intel and brings appropriate cutouts for theUSB, HDMI or USB Type-C ports for DisplayPort 1.2 and LAN ports on the back and two more for the USB ports on the front with. Optionally, in this version at the bottom of pre-punched panels can be removed to use two wireless antennas or an audio connection.

The principle of the Winzling provides to insert the mini-board and then to equip the two chips with the supplied copper heat sink.
