The most important features:
- Very good corrosion resistance in sets
- Basic metal protection
- High hardness and flexibility of the coating
- Resistant to impact
Short description:
Anticorrosion primer is intended for priming steel and cast iron surfaces as a primer for surface products: modified alkyd enamels, nitrocellulose enamels and chlorinated rubber enamels. The coating obtained has good anticorrosion, mechanical and immunity properties.
Application method:
PREPARATION substrate
- Remove any dirt, unevenness, degrease and dry of the substrate to be painted.
Painting
- Before use, the product should be mixed thoroughly.
- The product can be applied with a brush, pneumatic or hydrodynamic spray.
- 1-2 layers of primer are required, depending on the degree of exposure of the coating to atmospheric conditions and mechanical damage.
- If necessary, dilute the product with a thinner (up to 3% by volume).
Additional information
- The air and substrate temperature during painting and drying should be + 5ºC. Low temperature, inflated humidity increase the drying time of the coating.
- After finishing painting, the tool should be cleaned with a thinner for general-purpose phthalo products.
- Keep the product in tightly closed packaging, away from sources of fire and heat in enclosed spaces.
