Induction hob Bosch 6 series PXE611FC1E
Easy to understand, even easier to use
The intuitive DirectSelect control panel makes it quick and easy to select cooking zones and set the right heat levels.
Flexible induction cooking.
FlexInduction makes it possible to turn two areas into one evenly heated surface. The cooktop automatically determines the size and position of the fuser in this area. Whether you want to make a cup of espresso or heat up a large baking tray, the cooktop heats up any cooking utensil accurately and efficiently.
Your food won't get hot again.
The right temperature is essential for cooking. If it is too high, the steak will cook too quickly and become soggy. The PerfectFry sensor continuously monitors the temperature of the fryer to prevent the food from sticking. You can choose from four pre-set temperature levels, so the results will always meet your expectations.
Speed up the cooking process.
If you want to cook faster, PowerBoost helps. This handy feature boosts the power to speed up the heating process. Use it to boil a large amount of water on your induction hob, which will heat up 35% faster than at the maximum power level.
Saves selected settings
If something unexpected happens during cooking, or if food spills, the hob automatically switches off and saves the last selected setting. This means you can conveniently wipe the hob clean and restore your settings at the touch of a button.
Faster cooking, less energy: this is induction
Induction hobs generate heat only where it's needed - under the base of the pot. What does this do for you? More safety and convenience. The lower temperature protects both large hands and small hands from burns. In addition, an induction hob boils two litres of water twice as fast as a glass-ceramic hob, which also saves a lot of energy.
17-stage induction control
17-stage induction control: precise adjustment of the heat to suit your individual cooking needs.
