Preces apraksts angļu valodā:

Burr coffee grinder has a hold over a grinder equipped with blades. Since the blades move really fast, cutting the beans into little pieces, it heats the beans up before they have a chance to be properly percolated and some of its great aroma is lost. In a burr coffee grinder the beans are being crushed. The temperature does not rise and the aroma stays. The coffee beans are uniformly ground, you can even adjust the grinding level to the requirements of your favourite type of coffee. Burr coffee grinders are used by the baristas all over the world – it might be the time to benefit from their experience and to start grinding coffee the way they do. Both at home and at work.
