The gentle combination of alder, apple and cherry chips is designed not to overwhelm, but to subtly complement the mild taste of seafood and vegetables.
Wood chips should be soaked in water before smoking. It is recommended to soak the chips for at least half an hour, but in order to achieve exceptional taste results, you can also soak them in water all night.
Place the soaked chips directly on the embers or coals. If you are going to smoke in a gas grill, use a special smoking cylinder or a tray of cast iron chips and coals.

Santos Steven Raichlen wood chips are 100% natural.
