EXB01 HMS are bands for training muscles and legs. Their main application is exercises to develop the muscles of the buttocks and the entire group of the muscles of the thighs. Combining them with mini band rubbers will allow you to smoothly adjust the load. This solution will allow you to vary the intensity of exercise, as the form progresses, and to match the appropriate load to a specific exercise.

The rubbers are also perfect for martial arts training. Delivering the strongest blow depends to a large extent on the work of the legs, which also affects the player's balance. The introduction of additional training load in the form of EXB01 gums will make the player move faster and more stable during the duel, and thus he will perform stronger blows.
