Smoke grill - the smoker has two sections, so it can be used as a hot smoker and as a grill. The principle of operation of the grill is simple - in the main section, as usual, you create firewood or charcoal, bake evenly with the help of a closed lid. The small section is used to smoke or fry the meat in hot air. In the small section you create firewood, and in the large section you put meat, the hot air travels from the first small to the large and thus smokes the meat there. To maintain the heat, all you have to do is open the small section and load it with firewood, then close it and adjust the smoke with the air damper. The barbecue-smokehouse is easy to use, it can burn both coal and wood. The lid, thermometer, chimney and air dampers will help to precisely regulate the internal temperature
