Masāžas veltnītis Medisana, melna krās.

The Medisana VarioRoll stands for activation, regeneration, fascia training and massage.

It is particularly suitable for the selective self-massage particularly stressed body regions such as back and neck, but can also be used for extended applications such as arms and legs. Since every body is different, the VarioRoll can be adjusted perfectly to the different muscle areas thanks to the adjustable distance between the balls of 20 to 24 cm. Tension, trigger points and bonds are resolved faster and easier. In addition to activation and regeneration, the VarioRoll is used for strength and stability exercises.

The range of applications of the Medisana VarioRoll is diverse: it serves the targeted application of fascia, trigger points and muscles. Thanks to the clear training plan, the VarioRoll can be used immediately. The exercises are dedicated to mobility, flexibility, balance and strength.

Due to its 3-step size adjustment, the VarioRoll designed in Germany is particularly gentle on the spine. Their hard hardness and the grooved surface structure additionally support the massage effect. The VarioRoll is resistant to moisture.
