UNCOMPROMISED PERFORMANCE
The high-performance ROG Phone 7 is crafted without compromise, delivering the incredible gaming power of the flagship 3.2GHz mobile platform2 Snapdragon® 8 Gen 2, which is 15% faster2 and 15% better power efficiency2 compared to Snapdragon® 8+ Gen 2 1 on ROG Phone 6. It is paired with 8533Mbps LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 ROM which is twice as fast as UFS 3.0. All this power is further enhanced by the unparalleled performance management app Armory Crate, which gives you precise control over performance and tuning settings.
GAMECOOL 7
The enhanced GameCool 7 cooling system on ROG Phone 7 is the best variant yet, cooling the CPU from all directions. It uses a three-step approach. First, for short sessions, a boron nitride (BN) thermal compound on one side of the processor reduces system throttling due to overheating. Secondly, mid-length sessions are supported by a larger vapor chamber and graphite thermal pads on the other side of the processor. In addition, during marathon gaming sessions, the AeroActive Cooler 7 with the fan positioned just above the CPU module engages in AI-assisted active cooling. This module is equipped with a Peltier element for additional cooling capacity.
FAST FLOW CYCLE STEAM CHAMBER
The new ROG Fast Flow Cycle Vapor Chamber features specially designed ducting that quickly directs condensed water back inside the chamber, increasing cooling efficiency. Six liquid return channels function as a mini highway for condensed water, and three-pronged wick columns on the long edges of the chamber further enhance efficiency.
OPTIMIZED GRAPHITE THERMAL PADS
Graphite thermal pads are extremely efficient at dissipating heat, which is why we've used oversized variants of them for ROG Phone 7. They have also been reshaped to maximize heat transfer efficiency from the motherboard and RF PCB.

The vibration mapping feature allows you to set different levels of haptic feedback for each of the on-screen virtual buttons, making them easier to find and use. For example, you can set a light vibration for normal attacks and a stronger effect for strong combos.
