The definition of curved
Samsung curved monitors have been inspiring users since they were first introduced in 2015. Continuous improvements and groundbreaking technologies still ensure great popularity today among technology-savvy as well as professional and hobby gamers.
Optimized curvature
The T55 has the strongest curvature that we have ever built into a monitor. This milestone is the result of years of tireless innovation and sets a new standard in the field of display design. Experience the future of monitor technology today.
1000R and Eye Comfort Certification
The T55 Curved Monitor received the Eye Comfort Certification certification from TÜV Rheinland, an international testing service provider, due to the high performance of the 1000R Curved Display.
Clinical study of the 1000R curvature
A comprehensive clinical study carried out by Prof. Seong-Joon Kim of the Seoul National University Hospital has shown that the eyes are less stressed with curved displays than with flat screens. It was also found that the greater the curvature, the less strain on the eyes. 1000R is the ideal radius here.
Even if it takes longer
Compared to traditional Samsung monitors which have a smaller radius of curvature, the 1000R curvature encompasses almost the entire human field of view, which reduces eye strain. Since you can see the entire screen without having to refocus your eyes, they do not tire so quickly - even with long use.
Minimalistic design
A futuristic design: Discover the aesthetics of an almost frameless display, which is underlined by a patterned back and a slim metal stand made of premium quality. Thus, the curved monitor not only attracts everyone's attention, but also serves as a stylish design object in your interior.
Everything a gamer's heart desires
Welcome to your new gaming world: With AMD FreeSync and 75 Hertz, the T55 ensures smooth gameplay and smooth scenes. And together with the game mode and the 1000R curvature, you have the feeling of being part of the party.
Comfort for the eyes
Spending a lot of time in front of the screen causes fatigue. The T55's Samsung Eye Saver mode reduces drowsy blue light emissions, while its flicker-free technology suppresses screen flicker so you can enjoy your view for longer with less eye strain.
Time for entertainment
Connect all your devices conveniently via HDMI, DP or the triple D-Sub connector system. And the 5 watt speakers integrated in the display ensure that you can listen to films and games without the need for additional speakers and cables on your desk.
