Adorable, Educational, and Soothing
Ladybugs, ladybirds, lady beetles – whatever you call them, they’re crazy cute! And, the Twilight Ladybug is as practical as it is pretty. Simply place this little plush on the floor in the center of a room and turn out the lights to get the full, ethereal effect of sleeping under the stars. The winner of several industry awards, including the 2008 Creative Child Magazine Creative Child Product of the Year Award, the Twilight Ladybug projects seven major constellations, including the Big Dipper and Pegasus, onto the ceiling and walls. Make bedtime even better with the help of our beautifully illustrated Star Guide that teaches you and your child about the nighttime sky. The Twilight Ladybug also includes a charming story about how Twilight Ladybug, separated from his father, uses the constellations to find his way home.In addition, the three soothing color choices allow your child to not only learn to identify different colors, but to also truly experience them as well. Ruby red offers a rich, warm feeling; sapphire blue is peaceful; and emerald green inspires feelings of harmony and renewal. The Twilight Ladybug’s shell also casts a warm glow that makes the darkness less daunting.
Easy to Use
Plush and soft, with a sturdy plastic shell, simply press the button on the ladybug's shell to ignite the stars and keep them glowing for a full 45 minutes--plenty of time for most children to drift off to dreamland. At this point, the Twilight Ladybug automatically shuts off to preserve battery life and allow your child to slip into deepest slumber. Another push of the button reactivates the projection if needed.
Makes a Great Gift
A great gift for children who are afraid of the dark, or even adults who have trouble falling asleep. Perhaps the best thing about this plush pal is it becomes a favorite bedtime buddy for years and years to come - truly a gift that keeps on giving!
