Pannas vāks Gerlach Universal, 280 mm

High-quality universal pan lid will find use when cooking and stewing many dishes. Functional, durable, long-lasting and heat-resistant it will also work well in your kitchen.

Purpose lids made of tempered glass will help you braise vegetables or cook sauces quickly and easily. They fit perfectly into the pans, ensuring that they are hermetically sealed, the food inside is evenly heated and no water with nutrients escapes outside the pan. Special air vents located in the lid, vent excess water vapour to the outside.

The non-slip silicone Soft Touch handle is stable and does not heat up, even during prolonged cooking.

The lid fits all Gerlach frying pans except for the all-steel pans of the Prestige line.
