The defining feature of the Zephyrus G16 laptop has always been its high portability, and the 2024 model is no exception. This amazing gaming machine is exceptionally slim and light - weighing only 1.85 kg and a case thickness of 1.49 cm on some models. Offering a 90 Wh battery that enables fast charging from 0 to 50% in just 30 minutes, as well as support for Wi-Fi 6E wireless connectivity, Zephyrus G16 is the best gaming and productivity device for frequent travelers.

Despite its slim and extremely portable form factor, the G16 offers complete connectivity options that will enable you to work efficiently or create the gaming battle station of your dreams. Two USB-C ports, both supporting video output and one supporting both Thunderbolt™ 4 and DisplayPort 2.1, let you take full advantage of this versatile interface. For connecting your other peripherals, USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports are available to further expand your connection options. For quick file transfers or additional storage, a dedicated UHS-II MicroSD card reader is available.

Protection for your OLED screen

ROG OLED laptops come with ROG's exclusive OLED Care suite of features to protect your screen. Image retention or burn-in may occur on an OLED screen when a static, high-contrast image is displayed for an extended period of time. To avoid this, when your ROG Laptop is idle for more than 30 minutes, our specially designed Pixel Refresh feature is activated. We've also integrated Pixel Shift technology, which slightly shifts the displayed pixels to avoid completely static images on your desktop. This significantly reduces the risk of burn-in as all pixels are evenly lit and dimmed. Thanks to this, the screen is long-term protected against visible color changes.

Armory Crate

When you need to monitor temperatures or adjust laptop settings, Armory Crate is your command center. Real-time monitoring allows you to check the status of your graphics chip, processor and memory. Using Aura Sync, you can adjust the RGB lighting for specific games. Fan and power profiles allow you to change the acoustics, power delivery and thermal characteristics of your laptop as you use it.
