Papildus informācija

Pārslēdzamā bezgalvas funkcija nodrošina vienkāršotu kvadrokoptera vadību, kurā visas vadības komandas kā atskaites punktu izmanto pilota atrašanās vietu. Vairs nav jāņem vērā modeļa novietojums un orientācija. Funkcija, kas var būt nedaudz mulsinoša pieredzējušiem pilotiem, taču iesācējiem tas ievērojami atvieglo vadības ierīces.

notice To operate a drone / a UAS (Unmanned Aircraft System) with a maximum take-off mass of 250 g or more, a UAS operator registration (subject to a fee), a certificate of competence for remote pilots (subject to a fee) and a classification of the UAS operation in an operating category are required. Operators of UAS with a maximum take-off weight of less than 250 g must also register if the UAS is equipped with a sensor for recording personal data, e.g. a camera, and it is not a toy in accordance with Directive 2009/48 / EC. Insurance is compulsory for all UAS in Germany. A valid liability insurance is required by law. If there is a commercially motivated aspect behind the use of the UAS or the weight of the UAS is over 5 kg, an ascent permit is mandatory. UAS must never enter areas that are protected by special legal requirements and therefore may not be flown over, including a nearby airport, military base, densely built-up settlements, crowds or, in isolated large cities, larger areas. Furthermore, recordings and personal rights of people are to be observed just as with a handheld camera.
