Support up to 17.6 lb worth of gear with the TMA28AHD2 Series 2 Mach3 Aluminum Tripod with HD2 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head from Benro. The 4-section legs are secured via twist locks and extend to a maximum height of 65.9". The center column can be replaced with the included short column to allow the tripod to reach a minimum height of 17.1". One of the legs unscrews from the tripod, attaches to the center column, and with the addition of an optional head converts to a monopod. The rubber feet can be swapped out for metal spikes so that the tripod can be used on hard surfaces, such as ice, or soft surfaces, like carpeting or a lawn. A ballast hook on the center column allows for the addition of stabilizing weight, and the included carrying case protects the tripod during transport.

Included with the tripod is a HD2 3-way pan/tilt head which features 360° panning and two long handles for smooth pans and tilts. A snap-in quick-release plate allows for fast camera attachment and removal, and a bubble level lets you align your camera with the horizon.

Benro's HD2 3-Way Panhead is intermediate in the line of HD lightweight magnesium alloy 3-way panheads--it weighs just 1.9 lbs (0.8 kg), but supports up to 17.6 lbs (8 kg) of equipment. The smooth front and horizontal tilt and pan movements and snap-in quick-release plate system with dual locks make this a valuable addition to your camera kit. Graduated scales for quick repositioning, a separate pan knob, and a built-in bubble level make this a must-have. A PH-09 quick release plate is included.
