The latest generation SDS-Plus plus-7X drill bits with a Bosch four-blade widia head made entirely of sintered carbide.
The 1-piece head made entirely of very high-quality sintered carbide is equipped with a cross blade with a specially selected geometry (widia) - this solution allows for very high durability and lifetime of the drill, also when drilling in heavily reinforced concrete.
The specially selected geometry of the 4-blade head prevents the drill from jamming in the reinforcement.
Each blade is properly chamfered and thus protected against damage in the event of hitting a hard rebar
The head is equipped with a special centering point that makes it easier to start drilling exactly at the designated point
The drill bit is equipped with a visible wear indicator to indicate that the hole diameter is still within the specified tolerance range for proper installation of the dowel or anchor.
The design of the drill bit has been optimized for low vibration emission , ensures optimal energy transfer and fast work progress
The sharpening of the widia tip of the blade proves that BOSCH uses a very durable type of cemented carbide
The blades have a large point angle and therefore their edges work along their entire length - thanks to this solution, it was easier to sink the drill into the workpiece and crush more material during each stroke, which translated into a very high drilling efficiency.
