RTX 4080 SUPER is a new graphics card from NVIDIA, which belongs to the GeForce RTX 4000 series. It is an improved version of RTX 4080 that offers higher performance and better support for ray tracing and AI technologies. RTX 4080 SUPER is based on the NVIDIA Ada Lovelace architecture, which ensures high energy efficiency and uses 16 GB of super-fast G6X memory.
The RTX 4080 SUPER has 10,240 CUDA cores that are responsible for graphics calculations. It also has 320 Tensor units that support AI algorithms such as NVIDIA DLSS 3, which improves image quality and game smoothness. In addition, the RTX 4080 SUPER has 112 RT cores that enable the generation of realistic lighting and shadow effects using ray tracing.

Windforce cooling system
The WINDFORCE cooling system includes three newly designed 110 mm alternately rotating fans, 12 composite copper heat pipes, a large vapor chamber directly contacting the GPU, active 3D fans and a screen cooler that together provide high heat dissipation efficiency.
Bionic fan technology
Sharks' dermal denticles surrounding their bodies give them a significant advantage in the water. Now AORUS is equipped with the new Bionic Fan Tech, which mimics a micro-surface and effectively increases airflow by reducing microturbulence. Moreover, the double ball bearing design has better heat resistance and performance than the bushing design.
Active 3D fan
The 3D Active Fan provides semi-passive cooling and the fans will remain disabled when the GPU is in low load or low power mode. Each fan rotates in a different direction than its neighbor. This special mechanism reduces turbulence and increases air pressure, minimizing the offset that occurs between air flows.

To create more room for airflow, the heat sink extends over the PCB, thereby increasing ventilation. This screen cooling design ensures better heat dissipation.
