Effective workout for the whole body
Training with rings is an intense but effective workout. With rings you can train the whole body and work on your strength, flexibility and stability. They are ideal for pull-ups, chin-ups, dips, L-sits, rows and extensions. By using many muscles, you train the whole body and you improve stability during exercises.

Simple and effective
With a thickness of 32 millimetres, the rings are excellent for professional use, for example gymnastics and crossfit. The wooden rings are easy to carry. The rings come with straps, so you can easily attach the rings. The markings on the straps allow you to easily hang them at the right height.
