A powerful lawn tractor with a high-performance Honda GXV 690 twin cylinder engine, an expansive 122cm twin-blade cutter-deck and a capacious 360-litre grass-collector. Ideal for demanding cutting and collecting sessions in lawns up to 9000 m2.
The STIGA Estate Pro 9122 XWSY is a state-of-the-art lawn tractor, which, thanks to its extra-wide 122cm cut and four-wheel-drive transmission, is ideal for large areas with slopes and other challenging terrain. Ideal for demanding cutting and collecting sessions in lawns up to 9000 m2.
Its heart is the Honda 690 GXV twin-cylinder engine; a high-capacity 688 cc power-unit with fuel-saving and emission-reducing OHV technology; smooth, low-vibration performance and superior torque.
The Estate Pro 9122 XWSY features a hydrostatic drive that optimizes control and maneuverability by providing infinite-increment ground-speed adjustment using a foot pedal (a cruise control function means you can give your foot a rest when required).
Twin timed blades ensure a neat finish with no blade of grass missed; while electromagnetic blade-engagement makes activating the PTO an effortless operation.
Offering nine preset cutting-heights and three cutting-options (collection; mulching; rear-discharge), the Estate Pro 9122 XWSY is highly adaptable and can be set-up to suit a diverse array of grass conditions.
It combines a raised steering-wheel with an armrest-equipped seat to ensure excellent driver-comfort; and it benefits from a smart 5.5" widescreen display that provides useful information on all the important operating parameters. STIGA Best Cutting-Zone function will always let the operator know when they're achieving the best cutting-performance, thanks to green-light indicator, whatever the terrain and grass-type.
Other features serving to underline the quality of this machine include a robust bumper that will protect the front end from accidental impact; and a bonnet that improves air-intake, which in turn maximizes power-output.

Optimized performances, with just one thumb
The cutting-deck measures a substantial 122cm in width and features two synchronised blades that optimise bagging-performance. Blade engagement is electromagnetic; and you’ll be able to choose from nine different cutting-heights.
No need to stop!
An extra-large 360-litre capacity grass collector minimises downtime caused by trips to the compost heap. The included mulch-plug allows you to operate without the collector and turn clippings into a fine, fast-decomposing mulch that will act as an organic fertiliser.
4WD grants the best grip on any terrain
Four-wheel-drive traction means the Estate Pro will power its way up slopes and across rough, muddy ground without skidding or slipping. Sizeable 20” rear-wheels prevent turf damage on more delicate surfaces; and provide a smooth run across adverse terrain.
Great visibility of the working area
LED headlights provide essential illumination in low-light conditions.
All operating information under your eyes
The 5.5" smart widescreen display makes it easy to monitor key operating indicators.
Maximum comfort
Thanks to a STIGA Premium soft-grip steering wheel, an ergonomic Comfort Plus seat with armrests and the cruise control function, you’ll enjoy the superior driver comfort that’s essential for anyone regularly managing time-consuming mowing jobs.
4WD Traction
STIGA takes four-wheel-drives out of the driveway and into the garden. No matter how steep, rough or rocky the terrain, 4WD traction gives helps you get a better grip – and keeps your machine moving without skidding or sliding about.
Best cutting zone (efficiency)
Take on the rough with the smooth. Now you can easily see when your mower is giving the best performance, whatever the terrain or grass type. Using the STIGA Best Cutting Zone function, simply check the green-light indicator on the smart display.
STIGA cutting system
The secret to the perfect cut? The STIGA cutting system’s deck and blades, designed to deliver optimum performance. A central tunnel moves material seamlessly through your tractor. And the wedge-shaped bag ensures maximum fill – and no-fuss emptying.
Synchronized blades
Timed and alternating blades help cuttings flow efficiently from the central tunnel to grass bag – preventing any annoying blockages. You’ll find this tailored tech in the STIGA tractor range on specific models with 92 or 102cm cutting widths.
Why mulching?
Mulching spreads finely chopped grass over your lawn to feed and nurture it. Think of it as a natural, invisible eco-fertilizer that protects against drought – and you save time spent picking up clippings and trips to the dump! All-round ‘win-win’.
